HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU TRAIN WITH ME:

1. ASSESSMENT & PLANNING

  • Setting your goals and going over your life circumstances

  • Movement assessment and corresponding training planning

  • Skinfold measurement and recommendations for adjustments outside of training

2. TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION

  • 1:1 training with me at the PT Base

  • Implementation of recommendations outside of training

3. EVALUATION & ADJUSTMENT

  • Assessment of physical changes through a repeat skinfold measurement

  • Adjustment of the training plan based on the progress of the training phase


In an introductory conversation, I gain an overview of your goals and current daily routine. Through a movement analysis, I tailor the training that suits you best. For optimal results, training should be conducted at least twice a week. The YPSI skinfold measurement helps me gain an objective and precise insight into your current body fat distribution. This distribution provides insights into your hormonal balance and allows us to precisely adjust your nutrition, possibly accompanied by supplementation, and optimize your sleep and lifestyle.

Every 3-4 weeks, we measure again, document the progress, adjust your training plan accordingly, and refine crucial aspects around your training. This approach allows us to consistently make measurable progress and ensure that you are on the right path toward your goal.
